Agenda 2038
President Julius Maada Bio’s Agenda 2038 represents a transformative blueprint designed to transition Sierra Leone into a middle-income economy by the year 2038 through structural reform, infrastructure modernization, and disciplined resource management. Central to this vision is the "Big Five Game Changers" strategy: Food Security (Feed Salone), Human Capital Development, Youth Employment Scheme, Technology & Infrastructure and Public Service Architecture Transformation. A key component of this vision, is attracting new HNWI citizens and encouraging Foreign Direct Investment via the GO-FOR-GOLD Public Private Partnership (PPP).
